Do this: change a setting
Section titled “Do this: change a setting”- Open Campaigns and open the campaign.
- Select the Settings tab. Only owners and admins see this tab.
- Change what you need. Groups under Advanced are folded: select a group’s title to open it.
- Select Save changes. To drop your edits, select Undo changes.
If you leave the page with unsaved changes, the browser asks you to confirm.

Owners and admins edit. Managers (owner, admin and supervisor) control. See roles and permissions.
While the campaign runs
Section titled “While the campaign runs”A banner says: “This campaign is calling now. Changes are saved straight away and apply to the next calls.” Calls already on the phone are not changed.
The groups and their defaults
Section titled “The groups and their defaults”Every setting has a default, so a new campaign works before you touch anything. A setting that is missing takes its default. The Medicare preset uses the defaults too.

The classic design shows the same groups on one page, with these names for two of them: “Answering machines and voicemail” and “No agent free”. Its Dialing mode list shows all five modes at once. The new design shows three and a More modes button.
Archiving
Section titled “Archiving”Archiving closes a campaign. It stops calling, leaves your lists and cannot be started again. Its calls and results stay on record. You must stop the campaign first, and you type its name to confirm.
Limits the screen enforces
Section titled “Limits the screen enforces”- Most tries per person: 1 to 20.
- Let a call ring for: 10 to 120 seconds.
- Most calls at once: 1 to 500.
- Keep dropped calls under: 0.1% to 3%.
