The campaign page
Open Campaigns and select a campaign. The top of the page shows its name, a status badge, the client and kind of campaign (for example “Medicare · Acme Health”), the Start or Pause button, and a menu called “More about this campaign”.
Status
Section titled “Status”The badge reads Draft (still being set up), Ready (nothing is being called), Running, Paused (a banner says why) or Archived (closed for good).
A box above the tabs can say “Paused”, “Heads up” or “Before this can start”. Each message is explained in start, pause and stop.
The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”- Overview (classic: Flow): the steps, the live numbers and the lists.
- People: the lists, people held back and callbacks due.
- Results: what happened over 7 or 30 days.
- Settings: the campaign’s settings. Owners and admins only. See settings overview.
Overview: the steps
Section titled “Overview: the steps”“How people move through this campaign” shows a List box and one box per step. Select a step to see who handles it.
- People left (List): people on the lists who can still be called. Held back, finished and exhausted people are not counted.
- waiting: people at the step who are not on a call. “N on the phone” are on a call there now.
- checked and ready (Checked): numbers that passed the checks. “N to check” still wait for them.
- calls to review (Quality check): calls waiting for a person. “N being scored” are with the QA Bot.
- no live bot: the step’s bot has no live version. nobody free: people wait for a team and no agent is free.
A badge “Counts from the last 200 people” means the page reads only the most recent 200 people. “Waiting” and the on-the-phone count are estimates from them.
Overview: Right now
Section titled “Overview: Right now”The card “Right now” says “Updates by itself”. It shows:
- Talking: people on a call with a bot or agent now.
- Ringing: calls placed that nobody has answered yet.
- Agents free: agents ready to take a call.
- Calling pace: for example “Calling 1.4 people per free agent”, “Calling one person for each free agent”, “Calling as many people as the bot lines allow”, “Agents choose when to call” or “Agents dial by hand”. When the campaign is not calling it says “Not calling at the moment.”
- Under the pace, the idle reason: why nothing is being placed right now, such as “Waiting for the calling hours to open where people live.” The full list is in start, pause and stop.
In the classic design this block is called “Calls right now” and shows “Talking to a person”, “Ringing” and “Answered, 30 days”. Its pace line is headed “How fast it calls”.
Overview: Dropped calls and Lists
Section titled “Overview: Dropped calls and Lists”The Dropped calls card is the meter for the 3% rule. See the dropped-call rule. The Lists card shows “N people left to call” and, for each list, a status (“Not checked yet”, “Being checked”, “Ready”, “Calling”, “Paused”, “All tried” or “Archived”) and “N of M” people left.
People and Results tabs
Section titled “People and Results tabs”People shows People left to call, Held back (people who failed a check, such as a do-not-call match or a missing consent), Callbacks due and the lists. See adding a list.
Results has a 7 days and 30 days switch, tiles for Calls placed, Answered, Handed to your team and AI voice cost, and a funnel from Calls placed through Answered, Talked to and A fit to Sales. See reading the funnel.
Why nothing is being placed
Section titled “Why nothing is being placed”The line under “Calling pace” says why a running campaign places nothing. These are the screen’s words.
| You see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Waiting for the calling hours to open where people live.” | Every person is outside the window. See calling hours and retries. |
| “Nobody is due to be called right now.” | All people are waiting for a retry. |
| “All the phone lines for this campaign are busy.” | Most calls at once or your lines are full. |
| “Waiting for an agent to be free.” | See when nobody is free. |
| “Agents place the calls by hand.” | Preview or Manual mode. |
| “The phone line service is not answering, so no calls are placed.” “The voice service is not answering, so the bot cannot take calls.” “The campaign service is not answering. Calls resume when it is back.” “The safety checks are not answering, so no one can be dialed right now. Try again in a minute.” | A service is down. Calls resume by themselves when it answers. |
| “Platform paused.” | Your platform operator paused dialing. Live calls continue. It resumes when they lift it. |
| “Dial mode not allowed.” | Your plan no longer allows the mode. |
| “Tenant concurrent limit.”, “Tenant ai session limit.”, “Tenant dial rate limit.” | Your plan’s cap on calls at once, AI calls at once or calls per second is reached. |
| “Ai minute cap reached.” | The month’s AI minutes are used up. AI only stops. |
| “Tenant or campaign unavailable.” | The campaign service refused the campaign. This usually means your company is suspended. |
Heads-up banners
Section titled “Heads-up banners”- “Dropped calls are close to the limit at X%. The dialer is slowing down.”
- “Dropped calls reached the limit, so this campaign was paused.”
- “No caller ID is free to call from.”
- “A caller ID was rested because few people pick up from it.”
What updates by itself
Section titled “What updates by itself”- The live counts and the pace line update about once a second while the dialer is running the campaign.
- Status changes and warnings appear as they happen.
- The page also re-reads the dialer every 15 seconds, agents free every 10 seconds and the quality numbers every 15 seconds, in case a live message is missed.
- The numbers under each step refresh when a person moves or a bot session starts or ends, at most about once every 1.5 seconds.
If the dialer cannot be read, the cards show “We could not read the dialer”. The numbers may be missing. Select the retry button.
